Heather Joseph
Chief Executive Officer
Heather Joseph has 20 plus years of experience in healthcare operations in both physical and behavioral health. Heather began her career in physical healthcare working in OBGYN, Orthopedics and acute care systems. In 2011, Heather began working in marketing for a community mental health system in Alabama where her love for behavioral health formed. In 2016, she joined UHS where she most recently was the Chief Executive Officer of River Oaks in New Orleans, Louisiana. While at UHS, she led multiple military mental health programs, and both her husband and brother are retired from the USCG. She’s excited to join Twelve Oaks and relocate to the Navarre/Pensacola area.
