Clients are invited to attend a weekly alumni support group which is facilitated by Twelve Oaks’ Alumni Coordinator or other staff at our facility. We will connect you with a similar group if you reside outside the local area.
In addition to these supports, Twelve Oaks will always provide email support for clients who have successfully completed their alcohol rehab or drug rehab program. At no time will you be without a clear relapse prevention and substance abuse aftercare plan. Twelve Oaks’ highly qualified and committed staff will help you achieve your best chance at a life long recovery by ensuring you’ll always have the support you need!
